HTC expected to Android 2.2 update ready for Christmas
According to HTC, the desire is increasingly based Froyo updated in August, but unfortunately other smartphones, such as Wildfire, Incredible EVO 4G and will not be so lucky. Global PR and online community manager HTC, Eric Lin, believes Froyo will be screened before Christmas, so that when these other device is expected to update. He also explained that he had plenty of time to port all their applications on the Froyo, and make sure that works well in all of their devices.
It is not like one kind of week project or task to do a little(which is true and justified.) He also said that the need to make sure that all applications use features Froyo. It seems, said the official HTC Gingerbread(Android 3.0, apparently) will come in the first quarter of 2011. HTC so I think the idea has already run on your device, it may be several months in 2011 before we see the HTC manufactured devices gingerbread. Contrary to popular rumors, of course.
